I take my avocation quite seriously, after all it is my lives work. One of the many reasons to relocate to Costa Rica is the opportunity of a much easier lifestyle.
It was one of mine 9 years ago after a successful 25 years in the Real Estate market of Europe and the continent.

I learned a few simple rules of success :

2. REALIZING THE ABSOLUTE NECESSITY OF LISTENING TO A CLIENTS CARES AND REQUIREMENTS;SO AS NOT TO WASTE EITHER OF OUR VALUABLE TIME
3. Absolute honesty and integrity

To us Business is more then a one time happening. The key is in REPEAT business and only following those simple rules guaranteed me over the years of an established HAPPY and contented clientele.

	Nicole Fatta Of course the path to a successful business career is not walked just by one person, I have a great crew of co-operators whom I would like to introduce here as well.
	Willy Driessen Willy has a university degree in real estate from The Netherlands, he has been a licensed real estate broker for many years in Holland and Curacao Netherlands Antilles and fortunately for us decided in 2003 to move to Costa Rica and join our team.   Willy is fluently in Dutch, English and German.
	Giovanni Duran Giovanni is our Costa Rican connection and mostly works with the Spanish speaking clients, he gets our listings at “Tico” prices and is our photographer, responsible also for the administrative running of the office.
	Tootsie Our moral support, she has a few canine friends to help her out but definitely is the leading animal party here……………
